We ran multiple delegations as Sub vendor for Korean Export Promotion Councils. Total 25 plus companies participated for finding Indian Business Partners.

Mainly the Broad Categories are as below:

Bluetooth Tracker, Air Purifier with Sterilizer, Fogging Machines, Smart Watches, Body Mass Index Measuring device, Wrist Thermal Band, Shoe Dryer, Wireless Hair Dryer, Innovative Body Dryer, AI Cycle Assistant Game, VR Headsets, Smart Glasses, Smart Tracking Shoes with GAIT Analysis Program, Smart Feeding Bottles for Infant, Smart Diaper for Infants, Eco Umbrella Dryer, Car air purifier.

WORK PROCEDURE – MARKET RESEARCH AND IDENTIFICATION OF INDIAN COMPANIES.

In the first phase, IBDAC prepared marketing materials for the delegation and invited Indian companies to participate. Then IBDAC met with each of the Indian companies to examine their export capabilities, and their fit to planned activity of the business delegation with Korean Companies. The Companies who were selected to participate in the business delegation were asked to define the type of products and technologies they wish to promote as well as the type of transaction or deal they are interested in. As part of the delegation, approved companies Joined for an Online Meeting with respective teams of Korean Companies.

In the Second phase, and after all the business meetings were completed, IBDACassisted both Indian and Korean companies for Three step follow up to ensure that business discussions are on track.

Result: 50 plus meetings successfully concluded as per schedule. One of the Fogging Machine Manufacturer appointed IBDAC as their Indian Liaison Representative for co-ordination with Indian Distributors and Sales Management.
