We arranged a multiple sector delegation. The delegation had 10 plus Korean Companies participating through Private Consulting Firm from Korea.

ADAS, IR Lens, Dual Cycloid Speed Reducers, Turbine Blade, External Spur Gear, External Helical Gear, Gas Welding and Cutting Equipment’s, Independent suspension axle system, Front axle assembly, Snow Plow, Rail Truck Axle Assembly, Gas Turbine Rotor, Carbon Heating Film for Indoor and Sauna Heating applications, Engine Cleaner.

WORK PROCEDURE – MARKET RESEARCH AND IDENTIFICATION OF KOREAN COMPANIES.

In the first phase, IBDAC prepared marketing materials for the delegation and invited Indian companies to participate. Then IBDAC met with each of the Indian companies to examine their export capabilities, and their fit to planned activity of the business delegation with Korean Companies. The Companies who were selected to participate in the business delegation were asked to define the type of products and technologies they wish to promote as well as the type of transaction or deal they are interested in. As part of the delegation, approved companies Joined for an Online Meeting with respective teams of Korean Companies.

In the Second phase, and after all the business meetings were completed, IBDAC assisted both Indian and Korean companies for Three step follow up to ensure that business discussions are on track.

Result: 20 Plus Online meeting successfully concluded as per schedule.
